I'm needing to get more organized around the house & back to meal planning. tilapia- $5.89/lb
Combat ant/roach killer- $5 each, use $3 publix Q, $2 MQ, free!
Bayer asprin- $2.94, $2 publix Q, $1 MQ, free!
Suave bodywash- $1.49, use $0.50 MQ, making it $0.50
Tylenol precise cream- $4.99, use $5 MQ, free!

Springer Mountain Farms boneless/skinless chicken breast- BOGO at $5.79/lb, use (2) $1.50/1 MQ, makes it $1.39/lb!
Powerade 32oz- $0.69 each
Lance Cracker Creations- $2, use $1/1 MQ
Allen's Frozen Veggies- $1.12 each, $0.55/1 MQ, making it $0.02 each!!!
Wishbone salad dressing- $1.49 each, $1/1 MQ
Dole Pineapple (fresh)- $4.49/2, use $1.25/2 MQ
Baby Carrots- $0.99 each
Fresh Express Salad- $1.99 each, $1/1 MQ
Mangos- $0.84/each
So far in my meal plan I have Ginger-Lime Tilapia, Grilled chicken Salad with baked potatoes, fish tacos....
